We aim at the development of novel antibody drugs through our own antibody technologies under the corporate philosophy “We contribute to global healthcare through cutting-edge antibody technology.”
By proactively developing the drug discovery business, our main business, we develop and provide effective and safe antibody drugs, improve our corporate value by sustainable growth, and make the sustainable society into reality through the business operations. We strive for innovative drug discovery through collaborating with domestic and overseas pharmaceutical companies, academia and ventures.

- Thorough waste management
We properly manage wastes complying with the laws and rules.
- Reduction of environmental loads
We have been striving for energy saving through making sure to turn lights on/off by office areas, utilizing circulators, etc. With regards to plastic materials for research, we proactively purchase the products of the companies who commit to SDGs. As to products transportation, we try to reduce transportation frequency and packing materials by sending as many products as possible at one time. We also reuse outer cushioning materials that do not touch products directly to do what we can within the range that maintain our customers’ convenience and products quality.

- Diversity and engagement
We employ excellent staff regardless with age, nationality, race, or gender. In the fiscal year ending March 2025, two researchers of other nationalities joined us.

Safe and sound working environment
We strive to maintain the safe and sound working environment by annual safety check. In addition, we educate our employees through regular seminars by various committees including Safety and Sterilization Committee, Emergency Management Committee, and Laboratory Safety Committee and continue to establish the safe working environment. Besides, annual leave utilization rate of FY2024/03 is 76.5%, well above 62.1%, the result of the survey by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. Thus, we foster work environment where taking leave is easy and encouraged.

By utilizing the flex time system without core-time and remote working systems, every employee strives to seek the best work life balance.

- Education of next generation
In 2024, we were visited by high school students considering medical occupations as their carrier. We are willing to accept company visit by high school or junior high school students to show there are various choices other than direct involvement with medical cares.

Basic Concept
We believe it is our mission to operate the Company with a focus on our stakeholders’ profitability guided by the corporate philosophy of contributing to global healthcare. For this purpose, it is essential that our business develops in a steady and sustainable manner. Thus, we recognize enhancing corporate governance to improve soundness and transparency of management is crucial for management. We have been proactively committed to this goal.
Structure
- Our governance structure
As a company with Director, Audit & Supervisory Committee Members, we have structure where it is easy to audit and supervise board members activities. Also, remuneration committee with an outside director as the chief has been established so that they discuss the remuneration and advise at a board meeting to be appropriate remuneration. The sustainability committee with President & CEO as a chief discuss broad range of sustainability related issues including analysis of our significant risks. Based on the discussion, the committee assess the solutions planned and executed by all the committees including Safety and Sterilization Committee and Information Security Committee, and request other solutions when necessary. Thus, our sustainable growth is promoted.

All the management members and employees promote our business while adhering to compliance through ensuring thorough awareness of various information management rules and conducting regular trainings, etc.
